California Indian Legal Services Issues RFP for Intake Assessment

CILS is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or firms to conduct a comprehensive assessment of its intake processes and develop a strategic roadmap for improvements. The assessment aims to streamline workflows, reduce wait times, and enhance client satisfaction.
