Call for Speakers: Project Management, Second Chance Conference Sessions, and More
LSNTAP is planning our training sessions for 2025 and would like to hear from anyone interested in sharing their knowledge.
Project Management Topics
The Project Management Community Group Meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 1 pm Eastern time. These sessions are less formal than a webinar and only about 30-40 minutes of content is required for presentations (speakers may use as much as 50 minutes if needed for their topic). After the presentation, we open the floor to the community to share additional information or ask questions.
- Project Management Tool Demos: we invite our Tech Partners to provide short demos of their tools, time will be limited to 10 minutes. This is meant to be an appetizer and not a full demonstration.
- Project Management Software Tips & Tricks from Users: we invite community members who have skills to share their knowledge
- Defining the Scope of a Project
- Change Management
- Organizational Structures-how to deal with different types
- Managing a Project without being privy to Budget Information
- Failure Camp-Share your stories of failure and what you learned, how you moved forward; project management stories will receive highest priority
Second Chance Conference Sessions
Many great conference session proposals never make it to the conference agenda because coordinators receive more applications than they have sessions available. So, LSNTAP wants to give all of those proposals a second chance to hit the limelight. Please don't let your great ideas go to waste!
