Over the last two years, LSNTAP staff has pored over the listserv archive to find all of the Request for Proposals (RFP) that have been shared. This summer, our intrepid law clerk Kristofer Greig classified each of those RFPs by category, area of concern, and desired outcome. Kris also made note of the budget and timeline for each RFP. The resulting database brimming with information has been dubbed the LSNTAP RFP Library.
Northwest Justice Project, the LSC-funded civil legal aid provider for Washington state, recently launched the National Language Rights Campaign Toolkit. Funded by a Technology Initiative Grant, the project goal was to develop a social media toolkit for legal aid organizations designed to inform the public of their right to translation and interpretation services and remedies available when services are not provided. The toolkit was developed such that legal aid organizations and community partners around the country can use it.

As the use of generative artificial intelligence (AI) continues to grow, court cases, attorney guidance, judicial opinions, and state bar ruminations are abounding. Opinions on whether lawyers should use AI in their work will flourish. As these come to our attention, we will add them to this database and we hope this will become a great roundup of materials.
