LAFLA Seeks Data and Innovation Manager

Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles is now hiring for a Data and Innovation manager. This position is responsible for managing the CMS (LegalServer), maintaining and building data dashboards (Power BI, some GIS), assisting the legal and grants teams with grant reporting (Excel, among other things), and helping LAFLA continue to build better legal service delivery systems. They'll also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with the legal teams, helping identify process improvements, and providing staff tech trainings, so communication skills will come in very useful.
