About Technology Innovation Grants (TIG)

What is TIG?

LSC's Technology Innovation Grants program was founded in 2000 to encourage LSC-funded legal aid programs to leverage the Internet and the personal computer to "broaden the reach of the valuable work conducted by legal services practitioners."

Since it's inception, the TIG program has been a major driver of tech innovation within the legal aid community.  The grants are available to LSC-funded legal aid programs.  Read more:

LSC gathers TIG grantees together for the TIG Conference at the beginning of each year to share lessons learned.  You can view conference presentations for 2007 - 2010 at the TIG Conference System Website.
