From document assembly libraries to case management systems, organizations are taking on projects that will increase efficiency and advance their missions. Project management is vital to this work. Project management reduces costs by improving efficiency, mitigating risks, and optimizing resources.
Why do we need a process for closing a project?
This session focuses on how to create tech training for staff. Guest speakers Ellen Samuel, Michael Hernandez, and Terry Lawson discuss how to decide what training is needed, how to meet the learning style needs of staff, where to find resources, and more.

Despite the legal profession having the reputation of being slow to adopt technology, a few eager attorneys took advantage of the new tools and found out to their detriment that LLMs are not the most reliable sidekick.
