SWEB107: How to Gather and Use Feedback

This training will give website coordinators low-cost ways to assess their statewide public sites. This how-to training will look at how four states are tackling the hard questions -- whether people are using their site, what people are looking for, can they understand the material and how to gauge the impact of their outreach efforts.

National Technology Assistance Project (NTAP) offers virtual trainings and provides assistance to legal aid programs across the country on technology and tech-management issues. 

Pro Bono Net is a nonprofit organization that focuses on how legal services programs can use web-based technology to enhance their service delivery systems for clients. NTAP and Pro Bono Net partner together on many of the virtual trainings for web-based technology projects.
