The folks at NTAP invite you to noodle with us and techies across the country the first Thursday of every month at 11 am Pacific / 2 pm Eastern for an hour. Consider it your virtual techie coffee break -- a way for techies to casually meet in the kitchen once a month and talk about what folks are doing.

This month will focus on user survey results from Legal Aid of the Bluegrass' VoIP deployment. This is great opportunity to learn about the real world impact of a VoIP implementation within a legal aid program, discuss solutions to common problems, and look for similarities in other programs.

Brian Miller from LAB, who has led several VoIP-related trainings and roundtables for the community, will present during this session.
