Online Meeting Scheduling Tools: FREE

There are two cool tools that can help you schedule meetings with people. Free.

MeetingWizard: This is good if you want to pin people down to a specific meeting time (11 am, say). Also, it is great for organizing smaller meetings. It is not great if you want to offer many options on many days. It also does not provide you with a preferred meeting date based on responses. You figure that out yourself, which can be tedious for large groups. I think it's great and perfect for smaller meetings.

Meet-o-matic: Perfect for larger meetings. It does not let you ask availability for a specific time. Instead, you pick windows of time (a.m. and p.m., which you can define). It will manage the responses for you and recommend the top two days, based on majority of those available. It will also let you set up "VIP" status for some folks in your group, if you absolutely need so-and-so to be on the call for it to be a go.
