This Thursday, March 12 NTAP launches a new Roundtable discussion series for legal services executives.  Our topic - Technology Planning – sharing challenges and successes.    Roundtables are 60 minute online meetings focusing on a particular topic – an opportunity to share what you know, ask questions and learn about other legal aid programs.

This roundtable will follow up our February Technology Planning Training.  We polled participants during the training to ask what kinds of tech planning problems are most challenging.  They said:

• —  Knowledge management
• —  Developing adequate tech personnel planning
• —  Tech training
• —  Systems for PAI support
• —  Document production & document assembly

 

At the roundtable we’ll talk about how people are meeting these – and other - planning challenges.
