Today our brand new training coordinator Jeff Narabrook experienced a bit of trial by fire.  With about 100 people on the line ready to go for the Excel training we had – Silence!  No audio.  Nothing.    

Operators were not standing by.  Our webinar guru Geno was off on vacation.  We absolutely could not figure out what the problem was.

What to do?  Scramble, set up a new call in phone number, ask everyone to hang up and call back.  Tedious, tiresome.  Lost a group of folks in the process.

Bad techno karma happens to NTAP just like everybody else.  Sigh.

Good news – the substance of the training was terrific and we had so many folks asking to sign up that we are offering an encore presentation (with audio!) next Friday.  Same bat time, same bat channel.
