Kathleen Brockel is NTAP's Executive Director. Prior to this position she was the Executive Director of Law Access New Mexico – a statewide legal services helpline. While in New Mexico she served as Co-Chair of the State Bar of New Mexico Legal Services and Programs Committee and she was a Commissioner with the New Mexico Commission on Access to Justice. Kathleen was also a board member of the Equal Access to Justice Campaign. Previously she has served as the Assistant Director at the ACLU of New Mexico, a staff attorney at Advocates for Basic Legal Equality in Ohio and was the Executive Director of AIDS Survival Project in Atlanta, Georgia. She graduated Cum Laude from Georgia State University College of Law.
