Here are some quick keypad commands for reference during your Citrix Meetings and Webinars. Link to Keypad Commands.
For Attendees
- To Mute | Unmute their line, press *6. (Pressing *6 again will un-mute the line.)
- Other Commands for Attendees:
- *3 Exit Exits the conference call
- *4 Help Provides a menu of available conference commands
For Organizers
- To Mute Everyone's Line Except Organizer's: *5 (Pressing *5 again will unmute everyone's line. Individual attendees can press *6 to unmute their line after you have muted all lines, if they want to ask a question.)
- Other Commands:
- *2 Count Provides the number of attendees currently on the conference call
- *3 Exit Exits the conference call
- *4 Help Provides a menu of available commands
- *6 Mute | Unmute Mutes YOUR line. Pressing *6 again will unmute.
- *7 Secured | Unsecured Secures the conference by blocking all other callers from entering. Pressing 7 again will open the conference again to callers.
- *8 Tone controls Sets entry and exit tones. Pressing *8 sets the options:
- Entry and exit tones on (default)
- Entry and exit tones off
- Entry tone off, exit on
- Exit tone on, entry off
