Login Instructions for an NTAP Training

- What Do I Need to Attend?
NTAP's webinars use LegalMeetings web conferencing software with Citrix GoToWebinar. You can attend from your own office.
- When Do I Log in?
Please log in 5 minutes early. - How Do I Log in?
To log in, you will go to a link provided by Citrix GoToWebinar. If you have not registered, you can register up until the day before the event.
- What If I’ve Never Done This Before? Or Have Questions?
We recommend logging in 15 minutes early before the session using these directions if you have never done it before. If you are unable to log in after using these instructions, you can contact info@lsntap.org. Note that if you contact us right before the training, you might not reach us as we're getting started. - What Can I Expect After I Join?
When you are connected, you will see what is on the presenters’ computer and you will be on a call with other advocates from around the country in legal services. You will have the ability to mute yourself if you need to. - What If I’m Late?
Please join on time. We cannot guarantee you access to the training after the training starts.
