Join us for this two hour session all about phone service on October 12 from 2-4 pm EDT. During the first hour, service providers will be given about 10 minutes each to share their product features. The second hour will be an open forum for the community to share what is working for their organization (or not), ask questions, and learn from each other.

Remote testing
Remote testing allows you to conduct usability tests with the participants utilizing their own computers through online usability programs. Although these can be customized, overall the tests are between 15 and 30 minutes and contain 3-5 tasks per test. They can be moderated or unmoderated, depending on your needs and the platform.
