Technological advances in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) are having significant effects in the law firm world, and will are already impacting legal services as well. This webinar is intended to start a national discussion and build a community of advocates and technologists to work on these issues.
The webinar will feature a demonstration of prototype applications using machine learning, followed by a discussion. The discussion will attempt to identify ways to take advantage of the opportunities AI and data analytics presents for improving legal services. We are open to exploring technical and non technical issues related to new technologies in legal services. This includes having conversations about existing legal and ethical norms governing service delivery when this capacity is being deployed in our domain.
We hope we can create a group that helps us identify best practices for building artificial intelligence in our daily work. And that we can work together as a community in gaining a mutual understanding of the untapped potential and implications for the communities we serve as this technology comes to our field.
