If you signed up for an NTAP training and did not receive email confirmation, here are some ways you can still join us and/or troubleshoot the problem.
1. Are you on the right timezone? The trainings generally start at 11 am Pacific (12 pm Mountain / 1 pm Central / 2 pm Eastern).
2. You may have mistyped your email address when you originally registered. If so, the system (and we) cannot contact you. So, simple re-register by finding your training in the training calendar and clicking the REGISTER HERE text in the description. Once you fill it in, you'll receive an email with a link to click to join. Or, if we've started, you'll be routed directly.
3. If you can't make it, view the recording. We record nearly all trainings. You can simply go back to your training description. Click VIEW MODULE and look for link to training recording.
