The Help Desk real-time chat client is a project set up to help LSC-funded programs get on-demand assistance with several different legal services technologies. Right now, any staff member from an LSC-funded program can use the chat client to receive help with:
Statewide websites
Web 2.0 tools
Multimedia projects
Poverty Law Survey Tool
Online project management systems
GIS Mapping
Help Desk chat will generally be available from 10:00 am PT - 3:00 pm PT, Monday - Friday. When an NTAP staff member is unavailable, users can email inquires to helpdesk AT lsntap DOT org.
