NTAP Help Desk Real-Time Chat
NTAP’s live chat Help Desk is a project set up to help LSC-funded programs get on-demand assistance with a variety of legal services technologies. Currently, any staff member from an LSC-funded program can use the chat client to receive help with:
- Statewide websites
- Web 2.0 tools
- Multimedia projects
- Online project management systems
- GIS Mapping
- Google Desktop
- Sprint Broadband for legal aid programs
To use the Help Desk, simply click the orange “Questions?” balloon at the bottom right of your screen. This chat box will follow you from page to page, so you can navigate our site while chatting. If a NTAP staff member is not available to assist you, please leave us a message with your contact information or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll respond to your question promptly.
The Help Desk is currently available from 8am PT - 1pm PT, Monday - Friday.
