Foreclosure Assistance Efforts in the Statewide Website Community

Many programs have developed online materials for clients facing foreclosure-related legal issues. This list highlights several organizations' efforts. Please contact David Bonebrake if you would like to add your program's foreclosure content to this page.
We hope these resources will serve as a helpful starting point for other legal services websites that are developing their own foreclosure content. With many commentators suggesting that that foreclosure difficulties are far from over, the demand for high quality content for advocates and clients should continue.
The projects below were highlighted during special call of the statewide website coordinators network hosted by Pro Bono Net and NTAP on August 20, 2008 to discuss the role statewide websites can play in the legal services community's broader efforts to address the national foreclosure crisis.
