People change the world every day. NTAP helps them do so.
Every day, thousands of underpaid lawyers, paralegals, and volunteers go to work for a nonprofit legal aid program to help someone -- a person, a family -- seek justice which most take for granted. We believe these people and their nonprofits make a difference.
NTAP’s tools and services are the strong foundation from which legal aid programs build community networks, forge partnerships within the justice community, expand services, and represent low-income individuals. By promoting effective technology and leadership on how to use it in a poverty law setting, NTAP expands limited human resources and fights injustice.
Our Mission: NTAP fights injustice to low-income people by helping nonprofit legal aid programs improve client services through effective and innovative use of technology.
What We Do. NTAP provides technology leadership to the poverty law community through on-site assistance & circuit riding, tutorials & training, online information & services, and promoting successful technology tools that improve efficiency or client services. Read More...
