Help Us Help You: TIG Collaborations 2011. 11am - 12pm Pacific. Attend this training, conducted by NTAP staff, to learn more about TIG collaborations, what ideas for TIGS are brewing in the community, and how NTAP can help you manage or implement TIG projects.
Techie Noodle Roundtable: Evaluating the Success of the VoIP System. 11am Pacific. This roundtable will focus on user survey results from Legal Aid of the Bluegrass' VoIP deployment. This is a great opportunity to learn about the real world impact of a VoIP implementation within a legal aid program, discuss solutions to common problems, and look for similarities in other programs. Brian Miller from LAB, who has led several VoIP-related trainings and roundtables in the community, will be present during this session. We hope to see you there. 2010 promises to be another big year for the mobile web. Check out NTAP's Mobile Web Development Guide for Legal Aid to learn more about developing mobile-optimized legal aid websites. The Guide was developed through an LSC TIG awarded to Pine Tree Legal Assistance (PTLA). The PTLA mobile site is available through mobile browsers at http://ptla.org.
