From the MLSA eMessenger, Dec 2008: Out-of-state companies are charging high fees for free Montana self help legal forms.

Legal aid programs beware -- as with Pine Tree Legal several years ago, Montana Legal Services Association (MLSA) has discovered that for-profit companies are reselling their copyrighted, freely available self help forms for large fees. The Montana Supreme Court Commission on Self Represented Litigants - for whom MLSA created the forms - is pursuing strategies to stop this exploitation of clients.
