What is LegalMeetings?
LegalMeetings is web conferencing for the courts, state bars, the IOLTA community, and the poverty law community. NTAP has negotiated a nonprofit, public interest rate for web conferencing accounts with Citrix to offer GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar to courts, legal aid programs and their partners. LegalMeetings Web Conferencing features the ability to host, start, and schedule an online meeting on training (webinar), along with many training features and functionality, such as: online polling, document annotation, document or application sharing, meeting chat and meeting recording.

How do I Sign Up for LegalMeetings?
Sign the Agreement and complete the Online Registration Form. After we receive each, we will activate your account and you will receive a confirmation email from GoToMeeting Care. A link inside the email will take you to a website to download the Citrix product and designate your program's password.

After you've set up your program account, Email your staff to explain how to download the application, and send them a link to the LegalMeetings Training Resources page to encourage them to use LegalMeetings. The Training Resources page which has presentations and materials which explain exactly how to schedule and start meetings and set up a training.
