If you are the organizer or attending an event, please have:
Name of meeting or webinar
telephone number from which you have dialed (if dialing in by phone)
telephone number, access code and audio pin (if dialing in by phone)
meeting or webinar id (if known)
Additional Support If your support issue is not immediately resolved, a trouble ticket will be generated by the GoToMeeting & GoToWebinar support center. Please also follow up with NTAP at info AT lsntap.org. This will accelerate the support ticket process.
If the issue is found to be one of user error and additional training or explanation is required, please also let NTAP know and we will arrange for additional training.
