Will every staff person get a "Host ID" and "Password"?
Each program gets one Host ID (which is your DESIGNATED EMAIL ADDRESS) and a password. (You can actually have as many as you want, and make them personal to your staff, but your program would have to pay for each one.)
You will need to share this information among all staff who want to use it. You can have simultaneous meetings occurring in your program by multiple users. With GoToMeeting, you can have up to 25 participants. With GoToWebinar, you can have up to 1000!
