What email contact should I give in the Registration Form?
The email address you designate as your LegalMeetings email will act as your user name. NTAP will enter this email address into the Citrix Administration and you'll receive an email from Go To Meeting Care that has a link to download the Citrix product and enter a password associated with this account.
We suggest you use a generic name, such as: meeting@programname.org, so that all your staff will be able to remember and use this email as the user name.
Because Citrix uses this email to give you reports on your meetings or confirm meetings, we recommend creating an email alias for your program's use with LegalMeetings. You can elect to have this email's incoming mail forward to all staff, or you can have it only go to the person responsible for LegalMeetings. Staff will be able to access their meeting calendar through www.gotomeeting.com and logging in. If they do not receive the emails from the generic user name email, they the confirmations will not come to them in their inbox, however.
Example: meeting@lsntap.org: Any email sent to this email alias will be forwarded to all staff who schedule meetings or webinars. NTAP is comprised of several staff members in different offices. We all schedule meetings under one account. Rather than have one person responsible for coordinating all the scheduling and meetings, we each do our own. Using this email allows each person to login easily AND allows each person to receive confirmation of the meeting from Citrix.
