David Bonebrake provides support and assistance for 23 statewide legal aid websites as NTAP's Circuit Rider.  Before joining NTAP, David served as the supervisor of the Self-Help Web Center, a legal help desk located in downtown Chicago.  The Web Center was part of Chicago-Kent College of Law's Center for Access to Justice and Technology and provided low-income litigants with legal information and referrals using IllinoisLegalAid.org, the statewide website of Illinois.  David also holds a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
