I remember hearing about a service that can check whole websites for ADA compliance issues. Does anyone from the training happen to remember what this was, or have any other suggestions for making a site ADA compliant?

The World Wide Web Consortium has a list of compliance testing tools here: http://www.w3.org/WAI/ER/tools/complete.

And, if it helps, there is also a list of accessibility related resources at LSNAP, in the Statewide Websites section: http://lsntap.org/SWEB_Accessibility_Resources
