Please join NTAP in congratulating Gene Donney – our NTAP LegalMeetings Coordinator – on his acceptance to law school.  Unfortunately that means that Gene will be leaving his NTAP position at the end of this week.  Gene is very excited about his acceptance to law school as this is a step he has been considering for a few years.

Gene started at NTAP as a VISTA volunteer through the Montana Legal Services VISTA program.  Upon completion of his VISTA service he became our LegalMeetings Coordinator – establishing and growing that program to the benefit of the many legal aid program participants – about 140 accounts!  Gene established the LegalMeetings Advisory Board and the LegalMeetings Roundtables as well as conducting many, many trainings with legal aid programs over the last several years. 

Gene will work with NTAP on a contract basis through mid-November to help us transition some of the administrative aspects of the program but if you have any questions on your account please direct them to me at Kathleen AT lsntap.org.  The NTAP HelpDesk will be taking over the day to day program assistance for LegalMeetings so you can direct any of those questions to: info@lsntap.org or through the HelpDesk chat at: http://www.lsntap.org/helpdeskchat  Meanwhile we are working to update the LegalMeetings section of the lsntap.org website.
